Trust is the true currency of leadership. It’s what makes people feel safe, valued, and willing to take risks.

When leaders foster trust, they create a “Circle of Safety”—a space where people know someone has their back. This is where teams thrive, innovation takes root, and people go home at the end of the day feeling fulfilled rather than simply employed.

Leadership without trust can achieve compliance, but leadership with trust inspires commitment. It allows teams to move forward with confidence, even in uncertainty.
